Our Ops team is BUZZING already with summer bookings!

Here’s some insight in to what our operations team are busy doing in the busy summer period:


“We offer a simple and efficient repeat booking process managed by our experienced and qualified operations team to save customers time and hassle when organising their summer cleaning.”

says Claire Howard (Operations Manager) “Booking reminders are sent well in advance of school holidays to ensure repeat customers can secure a delivery slot during peak periods when schedules can become incredibly busy”.


“Using our client centric CRM our Operations team build up detailed Job templates relating to all jobs previously delivered to a customers site. Within these templates we build a full picture of each site and job, including info such as:

  • past job surveys
  • detailed job specs
  • photos of the site/job
  • any supervisor job notes input by supervisors on previous cleans to ensure continuation and handover of information
  • names of staff experienced on the specific job and site
  • safety information within both our site surveys and NEBOSH qualified RAMS
  • delivery logistics such as timescales and order of works
  • resources such as staffing, plant and equipment needed
  • any bespoke forms that should be completed by the supervisor at the end of each job specific to the customer and site

Claire states “All of this critical information is shared with the site supervisor and delivery team using our CRMs interactive job management App which links valuable job templates and site information that can be pulled up at the click of a button.”


“Our scheduling process involves detailed conversations between our Operations team and our site supervisors to ensure that the most appropriate staff with suitable skill sets are sent to each job dependent on their experience , skill set and qualifications – such as working at heights , IPAF and the CITB SSSTS for appointed supervisors.”
