Solar Panel Cleaning Gatwick — Commercial & Solar Farm Experts

We clean commercial rooftop arrays and solar farms across Gatwick, Horley, Crawley and the wider West Sussex area, with a maintenance programme set around each site.

Deionised pure-water systems that leave no residue or streaks, soft-bristle brushes that won't scratch the glass, extended-reach poles, and certified access equipment for roofs.

We start with a site visit and risk assessment, then plan the clean. On the day we follow the agreed safety plan, clean the panels in a set order and check the result. Afterwards you get a written record of what was done.

We use environmentally friendly products and pure water, and time visits to suit local weather, so the work is effective without harming the ground or drainage around the array.

Rooftop panels on offices, warehouses, industrial units, hotels and shops. Ground-mounted arrays on business parks, farms and solar farms. Also carports, canopies and panels built into buildings.

Our technicians are IPAF certified, and we hold full public liability insurance. Every roof job is risk-assessed before we start.

Choose a one-off clean or a regular schedule, and we'll time visits to suit the site and the seasons.

Every six months suits most commercial arrays. Panels near the airport, busy roads, building sites or industrial units collect dirt faster and may need cleaning more often. Rain on its own won't keep them clean.

Prices start from £150, depending on how big the installation is and how easy it is to reach. Larger arrays and solar farms are quoted individually. Every quote is fixed, with no hidden charges, and includes a report of the work.

Purified, deionised water through soft-bristle brushes on reach-and-wash poles. Deionised water dries without leaving mineral spots, and the poles let us clean raised arrays without standing on the panels. Our cleaning products are environmentally friendly.

Dirt, bird droppings and traffic film block sunlight, so dirty panels generate less power. Regular cleaning keeps output up and stops grime baking on and causing lasting marks.

Commercial systems are larger, often on roofs, and need safe access and careful handling. We work to UK safety rules, check the panels as we clean and let you know about anything that needs attention.
